Default 2011 Xb SCN200 Navingation hacks?

Hi All,
I just got a 2011 Xb and ordered it with the new SNS200 Navigation system. I like the system but as many on here, I dont like the way the navigation system is virturally unusable when your moving. Does anyone know how to bypass the speed sensor on this new nav system?

check the link below so you know which connector and wire details.

You need to remove the radio cut the Purple wire in the connector #3. work perfect for me.
3. C27 connector ( Steering Wheel, AUX, Speed )

yeah i have the new navi unit..its still the purple wire in the back..i put mine on a switch had problems when i unhooked the battery and tried to drive after hooking it back up and it would not trak me so i had to put a switch on it..

that way you can have FULL function of everything while in motion.

It's been done! Just found this today:

Bonus: Official Scion install guide for the SNS200, complete with rudimentary wire schematic:

PS: Don't flag as spam! This is the third time I'm posting this, but only because I want to get the word out there
