Hello xB community, my name is Reggie and I have a 2008 Scion xB. I would like to add a 12v outlet in the back seat area but I’m a little lost. I found a constant hot wire that I can tap into but I don’t know if I can or what it leads to. Any help from y’all will be greatly appreciated thank you. Here’s the wire, it’s on my passenger side where the Glove box is. I already took it out.

 

I'd just tap off the stock 12V outlet down low in the front console. It's fused, designed for exactly what you are doing and really easy to run the line straight back. Unless you are using that for powering other stuff at the same time.
