BTW... I would've laughed my ___ off on the phone if the guy on the other end told me the pop is from anything related to an air line. That's right along the lines of blaming it on your blinker fluid@!

I'm guessing it's due to something binding when the suspension is at it's limits. If other air kit owners reported the same issues then I would say it's an XB/toyota part that doesn't like riding low. So far the airlift is the only one so I'm guessing it's something in the strut that's binding at the low angles.
