you can just cut the rubber grommet and take the wire harness off.

Adjust them down about 10% on driver side, and 5% on passenger side. If you drive after adjusting, you'll see where the major reflection is "up" in front of you. This is what i did and it didn't hinder my line of sight much if at all.

I'm having a problem with the front passenger headlight. I do %90 of my driving at night and this morning I saw my light flickering just before it went out. I turned them off and on repeatedly and I could get the passenger lens to flicker on for a second. How do I go about checking to see if it's the ballast or the light itself?

(Edit) I can just switch lights up to tell where the problem is. Sorry just kinda freaked.

Anyone know if there's any promotion codes that are working for HIDExtra.com? Looking to get myself a Bi-Xenon kit but they're a little pricey right now at $99/kit

yes, use the code "scionowners" without the quotation marks to get some bucks off...

Well, I've had my HIDs installed for about two weeks now, just took them out today and replaced with the Halogens. Both driver and passenger side were flickering. So much for that... maybe a relay harness to solve the issue?

the only problem I had with my HID's, was after 7 months of operation, and MANY hours of them being on, was the bulb going bad. Never flickering issue.

Might be a bad ballast. Contact HID, they can replace it within 1 year for nothing.

Already tried replacing ballast and both lights do it, just the driver side does it more noticeably.

no, I figured since they were both doing it that it was a voltage issue, should I replace both bulbs?

could be a faulty bulb. sometimes these things happen. I would get them warrantied by HIDExtra. they have a 1 year on them.
