This is really sad...


The Manifold and the downpipe are the MONEY in the kit..! the rest is pure miscellaneous stuff.


I don't know how you call it there, but over here that is stealing..! You paid for those parts... and you could probbaly get some money for them as well...

By all that you are telling us I woudn't be surprised if the Manifold doesn't even exists!

 

You don't have the manifold because it doesn't exist...

Those ARE just generic parts, noting custom dude...

I think it was warned several times that Todd would do this...

Get a lawyer buddy, quit letting him screw people...

 

Todd gave me back the physical parts I paid for, i.e. the turbo, BOV, intercooler...He still owes me the the FIC and almost $800 cash...

The other stuff were to be provided by TT as part of the deal...Yes I believe the manifold and dp are mine however Todd disagrees...I really wish Todd would reconsider and come through on his end of the deal...

I would like to see Todd's business survive...He needs to work on his communication and customer service if he is going to...We all know that when he builds and completes something, it's generally top notch...I know as of late, Todd has had some issues with some of his guys and his parts have been questionable...I don't wish him any ill harm and hope he is able to learn from all that is going on...If Todd can not or will not learn from any of this, then i truly believe that TT will disappear like so many others...

 

so sorry to read about another TT statistic. I hope it all works out for you in the end.

Yes Todd still owes me for the dyno fees and the wiring of the fic...Says he does not have the money right now...

Todd is good people, I truly mean that...I think that he is in over his head at times, that's all...

 

If you paid for those parts, they are yours. I honestly think that the manifold does not exist because Todd never had the funding to make it. Whether he's a good guy or not doesn't make up for the fact that he's a terrible business man. He owes multiple people money and/or parts, both of which he doesn't have. As much as you might not want to do it, but you may have to take legal action if you want your money back.

 

Todd may owe other people $$ but they are not local as yelosub is. I'm pretty sure he will get it quickly.

 

They (mani/dp) were on the invoice but with a price of ZERO dollars because it was being provided by TT as part of the prototype deal that we had agreed to...Todd will pay me rest assured...

 

Sorry to hear your turbo adventure has ended, I know how it feels man.

Oh not at all.....Tim was very understanding.

We were so far behind schedule it wasnt even funny.

If it wasn't for me and the tuners we would have been done in May.
