Hi Friend's
This car drives as it should have off the showroom floor. It's no longer a high riding stagecoach with awful top-heavy handling. The car is spritely, although its not a pocket rocket. It does handle well with the upgrades now. The exhaust makes the car audible, but isn't annoying.

So what's the deal... not many of you guys/gals option for VSC? I hear it's going to be mandatory in the next few years. Supposed to be the best thing in automotive safety since the invention of the seatbelt. We have four VWs in the family with their version of VSC (they call it ESP), and it is amazing. It's hard to get them to lose traction on a wet track. Anyway...

I think I'm set on the options:
-VSC
-TRD shocks & struts
-TRD sway bar
-TRD short shift kit
-floor/trunk mats
-16" alloys

Any suggestions?
After trading in my Murano for the Xd I'm kind of happy to be free of VSC. I had 2 wheel sensors go bad and man does that mess with your car. Plus at $180.00 a pop per sensor plus labor-whew. Hey replaced a computer lately? Thats what operates the VSC. I think I'll just stay pure as I can. Love my Scion-just the way she is.

Pure? Make sure you remove the ABS, airbags (all six of them), and brake assist. While you're at it, those anti-intrusion door beams are nothing but dead weight!

Just kidding with ya... but I'll never buy another car without VSC. The numbers don't lie. Tens of thousands of lives will be saved... and many times more injuries and property damages will be eliminated. Of course VSC is going to be standard on all cars, trucks, nd SUVs by 2012... so there's no avoiding it!
