A very unique 87 Toyota Cressida limo!

I believe this was one of only two Toyota Cressida's converted (by Stageway) into a Limo. It possesses all the amenities one would look for in a custom coach of this year. It has fridge, wet bar, television, stereo system, CD player, privacy partition, driver intercom and sunroof. It has low mileage for its age and the fact it is a Toyota. It gets in the area of 22-24 mpg. Great mileage. Starts and runs wonderfully and would drive anywhere. The AC does needs serviced but blowers and condenser works. It has a small amount of rust along the edge of the top. The tires are excellent. Exterior is in very good condition, but there are small areas where the paint has chipped and crazed. Can't see in the photos. Top has small areas where the vinyl is craking. Again, not too noticable in pics. No Reserve and small starting price. I used it for grandkids birthdays and family reunions. Located west of Abilene, Texas Terms of Sale: $100 Deposit with Paypal within 24 hours; balance on delivery. Sold As Is..of course. If needed I will drive to you for $.50 per mile.
I was just telling my brother that I would be embarrased to even use that car as a trashy people-hauler (an 80's Lincoln limo is much trashier) but I sure would take it to the track and drift the crap out of it!
Yet ANOTHER Cressida limo on eBay. Turns out there might have been more than two produced, haha. (read the ad in the first post)

The vehicle being auctioned is a executive stretch limousine built upon a 1987 Toyota Cressida chassis. The coachbuilder is Armbruster/Stageway, in business since 1887. In addition to Cadillac, Lincoln, Mercedes-Benz and Rolls-Royce conversions, Armbruster/Stageway created a small series of stretched Toyota Camry and Toyota Cressida executive limos in 1987 and 1988. Never used in livery service, this vehicle has been in my family since 1989 and has always remained in the Tampa Bay area.
This is one really nice limousine. It's absolutely top-of-the-line, costing approximately $50K new back in '87. Toyota Cressidas were made 100% in Japan and have a reliability record second to no other car made. You still see Cressidas with well over 500K miles still going strong. The interior is incredibly nice. Refer to pictures. The exterior is very nice, too, with no dents, scratches, nicks or rust. The exterior was treated with a quality repaint and new vinyl top two years ago at a respected exotic car body shop. There is NO damage history nor evidence of any rust ever. Being white, the exterior looks classy and incredible. This auction is an absolute needle in a haystack find. You won't find a car like this with these miles anywhere else but here. Best of all, since it was owned by my elderly father, you can be assured that it was carefully driven and properly maintained. The car feels as tight as a new car. Acceleration, handling and performance will not disappoint. Why spend crazy money on a new car when you know this car was made to last and was carefully built by Toyota long before they got too big and their quality went down!
