RSX is wwwaaayyyy more tuner friendly. easier to make power , easier to do suspension work, etc, etc. you gotta spend so much money to get a tC to that cailber. Everytime I check this site, it's cheap this and cheaper that. So I don't expect many tC's to keep up with a tuned RSX

I don't know I've driven alot of tcs and ridden in a tc regularly (my dad owns a tc) the RSX type S is just so much more comfortable for me, my legs don't get cramped, and my feet don't hurt after five or so minutes of sitting in it, I also don't have to lean the seat back to get my seat belt on

lol, move your seat back. problem solved :D I've never heard of anybody having trouble getting the seatbelt on. Its located a little far back, but once you grab it, it should be no problem

Yeah just move the seat back...if you have the seat up forward it does make people with long legs have an uncomforable drive in any car.....
And to tell you the truth I think the tc has the most room out of every coupe I've ever been in....or owned.....it has more room for people in the back then my suburban....and the backseats recline like atleast 4 or 5 inches......

Wow, only with you guys could i aska question about 2 normal base cars, and hear a complete story about tl's, civics, sti's, evo',s ect ect,

hahah although their were some good points, and as comparing the rsx - s
try comparing it to the nissan sentra type r, vspec, i think it's a little more powerful than the tc if im not mistaken, right?

well, you did type in that you would never give it the time of day
to most people that would mean you never drove/been in the car

I don't like sitting so low to the floor, the rsx seems to have the seats a few inches higher, thats probably why I'm more comfortable in it

not tryin to be a smartass or anythin but i think u mean stalking. u must be a devoted car girl haha

but i totally agree with u on the interior space. the tc's got to be one of the most spacious cars of it's category. i can seat three 5' 7"-5' 11" ppl back there and i NEVER hear anybody complain about leg room

u think so? my bro has an rsx and i thought it sat a little lower then the tc. i prefer it to be a little higher too instead of being so low like the celi's.

both cars are great for what their intended for.

i own the RSX like my bro said above. and yes, they're more tuner-friendly and easier to mod than tC's. but tC's win in the passenger space and torquey motor.

cargo space, RSX wins. interior dash panel/gauges, RSX imo is nicer. but my bro changed his gauge LEDs to red, so they're like mines and look just as nice. the A/C is easier to work than the tC's. RSX is a bit more luxury touch.

both cars are nice. but its such a subjective topic.

its more of a sports car than a wrx/sti, mustang, s/c tc, evo, 350Z? lol alright...

Well arent we talking sub 25K like I originally mentioned? Any of those cars u just said are no where near 25K even the wrx is now around 26k.

S/C tC is laughable compared to a Type-S.

Type-S with i.h.e and Hondata will run low low 14's and high (13.9) with an excellent driver, dont believe me? Look it up.

The k20z3(05+) engine is a platform just waiting to be openeed up. It responds well to everything. http://www.cybernationmotorsports.com/ btw, take a look.

How can you compare a Mustang to a Type -S anyway? Orange and apples. The mustang is a rolling block of iron just built to go in a straight line, and the type-s is a nimble agile lil' sucker.

anyway, all i know is I wish i had the 2zz in my tC.

bro, understand what you said. You said that its more of a sports car than anything mentioned in this thread. Apparently thats not what you meant, but don't keep coming up with excuses. Its annoying. Instead, go back and edit what you said or deal with the fact that you were called on it.

Another example of apples to oranges is your comment about an rsx-s with i/h/e. If you want to throw that comment in, throw in the same for the tC. And dont forget, the tC with a s/c i/h/e vs a rsx-s with i/h/e is quite a bit less expensive. Take a look at IceNine's car or look at this thread:
https://www.scionlife.com/forums/vie...140625&start=0

S/c tC dyno'd at 311hp.

Basically, the tC can be faster than the rsx-s before you hit the 25K or so that the rsx-s costs. Shoot, throw a turbo on a tC and blow a rsx-s out of the water for less than it costs for the rsx-s pre-tax/delivery.

you technically can't compare the tc with anything in its price range, whats it got? the caliber, the base model civic, maybe the focus?
