hey cliff i thought that number was your cell and i didnt want to bother you till after 5pm....anyway i tried fixing the issue myself but NO luck.

i used electrical tape to tighten up the connection but nothing....i notice that it flickers so yeah i dont know if that helps...let me know when it'll be a good time to call you tomorrow.

Just an update, I have had my HIDs in for about a year now, and they are still shining bright as they did when I first pulled them out of the box.

If anyone is hesitant to get these, don't be, if there are issues, cliff will be there to help you!

 

still having problems cliff.. i put the new ballast in and it still flickers, can the bulb arc in the housing and cause both the bulb and the ballast to not work... This is becoming a nightmare, i can't get the bulb to stay lit

 

that's the exact same issue!!....it does get annoying while driving....i think that if the bulb flickers it means that the bulb has the issue, not the ballast....anyway im waiting on cliff to update me on my bulb

MY HIDs have been over a year now and still are working good as the day I put them in........great product......

 

Hmm - does the bulb look burnt at all? Can you swap the bulbs from side to side to see if the problem follows?

 

how can i tell if it is burnt.... it still appears clear though.. the ballast that you sent me worked then within minutes, it started flickering.... are there regular issues with H1 bulbs

 

no regular issues with h1 bulbs. the bulb sounds like it's clear. sent you a pm
