hey cliff.. tried calling you last nite, you spoke to my friend ivan bout fixing the ballast issue with the HID kit... i have been trying my best to fix the issue with him and is getting hairbraining, i don't know what to or how to fix the issue. hoep you can help him out with the set that i sold him.

alright i got a question my passanger side ballest went bad twice does anyone no y this could be i have it sitting in front of the widow wiper fulid tank?

I have to give props for the warrenty tho they sent me new ones in like a week its just a pain that they keep goin bad
