Is it the end of June when the sale is over too? Also to order I noticed that it says "Free Strup Header Giveaway" under the H4 bulbs, does that mean only H4 orders are able to enter or any order? Going to pick these up on the next paycheck... hopefully!
cliffud,
I just sent and order yesterday for the H11 5000K HID kit for my 2008 xB. I choose the 5000K as I was more interested in lumen performance than the blue look. The 5000K was a compromise between the 4300K and 6000K, so there might be a very slight bluish appearance which I'm OK with.
Do you have the lumens output of each of the H11 types (4300K, 5000K, 6000K and 8000K) and also is the lifetime of all these H11 bulbs greater than 1000 to 2000 hours?
When I install them, I will try to post a few photos with the one 5000K bulb installed compared to the halogen to show color and brightness comparisons.
I hope the order doesn't take too long to ship to the Midwest.

Just got my 6000k kit tonight for my tC and HID is freakin Amazing! Cliff is so awesome with his customer service and kept me in communication with the status of my package. Install did not take too long and seemed somewhat simple getting the wires ran and wired. I only had to lower the driver side a little which was done by a flat head screw driver and the adjust gear (behind the housing). I drove around for a bit and did NOT get flashed. The glare does not seem any worse than SilverStar Halogens.
Took some pics up on the hill where the rich people live... Forgot my tripod though!
I will post more later...

With my stock halogen HIGHS on

And these are 6000k and they are very white, although they almost have a violet tint from the camera, You just have to see these in person to get the feel for how awesome they are!!

Installing tommorow afternoon, purchased 5000K kits.. both 9005 & 9006 from Cliff for both bright and driving. Going to do a bunch of testing to insure as little glare as possible "adjusting lights etc..." Going to mark off the stocks cutoff on the garage door "no pun intended haha" and then make the HID mimick it. Cannot wait!
Thanks for the super fast shipping Cliff. Just got my HID's for my 08' xB and installed them. Installation took 45 mins because I made sure to make everything fit correctly and nicely. I'll have pictures up later after in the dark test HID vs Stock. Only thing that I got stuck on was the snap on for the oem harness plug to the HID, but with a little bending, fitted snugly. Can't wait until it gets dark.
