Hey Cliff, I purchased a kit from you a few months back. My drivers' side bulb isn't firing up. It'll flicker at startup, then just dies out. Should I start with replacing my ballast or trying a new bulb? Could you hook me up through the warranty?

I dont think my current hid kit has a power/ground wire - do all the new kits have such? I put my hid kit into my car 3 years ago so I forget if I had to wire the power/ground but I didnt think I had to.

I can't seem to find a phone number anywhere for MobileHID. My driver side headlight doesn't work half the time. I talked to my mechanic that installed them he said it has to be the ballast. I bought mine over a year ago. I thought the warranty was only a year but now I see it's three years. Should I have the whole kit removed, reinstall the halogens, and send it all back to Cliff? Or does he send you the new one first, then you send back the bad one? I sent an email yesterday, haven't heard anything. I searched the whole internet, no phone number anywhere.

One of my headlights and one of my fogs won't fire anymore. I swapped all ballasts and still nothing. I can't seem to get a hold of you for some reason. I need to either purchase more or swap them or something. pm me or text me back.

Cliff- been trying to call ya with the number posted on mobilehid.com. got a question, do i need the relay if i were to order the digital ballasts or is it required in order to prevent the lights from strobing and having enough power to light up? If the relay is not required can i order a kit without it and the digital ballasts included? So i can just plug them in and not have any wiring mess.

Sorry man, I barely missed your call today. Yep, if you order a kit, it will come with the digital ballasts and no harness is needed.

ScionLife members get upgraded to the digital ballasts for free.

Cliff, few questions before ordering another set from you buddy!

1. For H4 reflector lights, do your HID's now come with glare shields built in? Or will new/custom ones be needed?
2. MANY pages back you had a projector kit (e46 style) going up on the site/in the works. What is the status of the retrofit kit?
3. Im local to Tempe, so do you still prefer to mail or is pick up an option?

Im extremely stuck between 5k & 6k temp. However Im in Tempe @ASU and afraid the 6k will be as blue as the other cars around here.. so Im really caught between the two. Any in person/examples I could see would be freakin' heavenly.

bossman -

1) the H4 bulbs always had glare shields built in.
2) e46 style projectors are in stock. if you'd like to inquire more about them, please e-mail sales@mobilehid.com
3) pick up is fine. I'm in Tempe often so I can just meet up with you. this week is packed due to thanksgiving though, maybe next week?
