Order placed for 2 sets of 5000k. lows and fogs. I sat here for a while thinking of getting 3k for the fogs but changed my mind. Anyway, can't wait to receive them Cliff. The new slim style looks cool and easy to install.

I have been debating between 5000k and 4300k for the last 3 weeks, decided to go with 5000k, I hope I made the right choice!

 

2nd gen xb = h11 low beams, h11 fogs It is on the first page.

 

5k is a great choice. bright white light and very OEM like HID color as seen in most high end cars. 4300 is also good but not as white IMO. 6k has that slight blue tint but i need more visibility so i went with 5k.

 

I thought 4300k was pure white and 5000k had a slight hint of blue. I talked to a random guy at a gas station last night because I wanted to find out what temp his HIDs were. It was 6000k, and not blue enough to get pulled over, so I think i'll be fine with the 5000k. My main concern was to avoid cops.

 

Dido, trying to avoid getting pulled over too so I also did 5000k. I see guys near me with what I am guessing is 8000k (flat out blue) and I don't know how they don't get pulled over. Plus it is so annoying when they are behind me I can't stand the blue.
