I used tiltshiftmaker.com but it can also be done in Photoshop with a little more effort.

 

i tried it when i was in HK.. didnt turn out that good.. i shot through a tinted window and it may have lost some saturation..

I like that tiltshift site... I had a hard time finding a pic that looked alright though, lol. Tried about 20 pics before getting this one

Yea it doesn't... I found a pic from the net that worked a little better. It needs to be a photo taken looking over something I think in order to look decent, so it gets the "im looking over the model set" look.

 

so this is photoshop trick or a something done while taking the shot?

 

u can do it with photoshop or buy a tilt shift lens

i ran this one though the tilt shift site, i think if it was a little sharper it would do the picture more justice

 

u can set the sharpness banner to be wider
