I can just tell you on here man. Pretty simple. Set up my tripod with 30D attached about 5ft high. Connected the remote shutter. Put the camera on timed release. Put the off camera hot shoe cord on. Set up my light stand about 10ft away. Connected my 580ex2 to the off camera hot shoe cord then on the light stand. Put my umbrella at a 90 degree angle. Lifted it about 2 feet above my head. Turned all of the lights off. Got an LED flashlight to light my face so the 50mm could pick up the focus point. Pressed the remote shutter to start the timer. Turned around to desired position. Flash goes off and VOILA. :D

 

very cool. i havent tired any lighting shots yet...need a better tripod and oh ya some lights hahaha

 

Haha well get on that. Its a lot of fun to experiment.

I'm currently debating between new gear or my wheels. The 70-200 f/2.8 is calling my name.

authentic? where do you buy them? I had the 11, 12 & 13 and loved all of them when i was in middle school. i dont want to buy them online because there are too many fakes.

 

this was from the re release on the 23rd.. waited in line for 6 hours for them not to have my size.. luckily i got a pair online at the same time from footlocker.com

 

Good luck finding a pair. Everywhere here is sold out. And they're going for $250+ on Ebay.
