Ya, that was the answer i was looking for. Sorry for the "afm" term im used to my old crappy supra we say "afm" which means air flow meter.

Yea we are using the SAFC II for the fuel control system...

when does the turbo hit full boost for the normal turbo and when does it hit with the ball- bearing upgrade?

Well the ball bearing from a slow 4th gear roll comes in at about 3200 I would say that the non ball bearing would be about 3500 or so.
