i personaly like the spacing of the led's.. if they get too close, then the led effect is getting null and void.. IMO, the dotness of led's is the point.. otherwise, theres's no reason to go led..

 

Well, not necessarily continuous but with smaller spacing between them...like maybe 3/4 of the current distance would look about right. Move them closer together and stick another LED in there...

 

and if your the REAL magyver, you can make them with bubble gum and matchbooks.

One thing that he didn't have a pic of was whenever the brakes are applied I think the middle of the rings light up as well. I think he didn't a pretty good job, and I for one don't have the knowledge or the guts to do something like that. I'd love to, but I don't wanna risk anything.

today i did overlay on my taillight and i kinda screwed it up since it was my first time putting on overlay..!!!
