Just wanted to chime in here, I finally got a TWM S II installed and the difference is unbelievable. Made much more of an impact than I expected. It has a much tighter feeling and crisp short throws. One of the better mods I have done to my car! Thanks Zoltiz! I would recommend for sure.

yea when i put my SS i noticed the difference immediately. I then went and put on the bushings that come with the SS. thats makes it even better. it makes the shifts a lot tighter. I would recommend this to be the first mod that any1 should do to their car.

Warning about the OBX *****. The hex screws actually rust after about a year or so, depending on your climate. I'm replacing mine for both this reason and metal **** + florida = unbearable if you park in the sun.

ur telling me. miami aint no joke. i have the logo of MOMO branded into my palm like if i was calf. i tried wrapping it with something while i work but its not the sun that gets it burning, its just the actual heat in the car and that makes get hot.

Well, just installed my TWM Stage 2 SS and I must say... I'm very disappointed. Its clunky and not smooth at all. The shorter throws don't make the shifts any better if its notchy and difficult to shift. Also, there's not much of a difference in feel between the stock **** and the weighted ****. IMO, I wasted $200 and a couple hours of my time on this mod.

This is just my $0.02, if you don't agree with me, fine... I'm happy you're happy with yours. I'm not, however, and I just wanted to relay my experiences.

The TRD is the most painless installe evAr! You dont have to remove the shifter from the cage. Its comes with a new shifter cage and shift rod already installed and greased. :D

Everything is installed correctly, I'm just not happy with the performance to cost ratio. I just think that for the cost it should have been smoother.

well i dont know but my shifts are thick and stiff. u gotta put i little extra umph in the shift but thats a lot better than shifting for about a foot everytime u want to make a shift. maybe i see it differently because i paid 70 for mines as well, not 200. maybe its the cost thats making u notice all these problems. i still recommend this to be one of the first addons to ur car. But i still inderstand where u are coming from
