I'm pretty sure the link I posted above is for what to do when u throw the x131 firmware it's because I havnt properly flashed my main chip with x300, x300 according to the aem forums makes software version 304 backwards compatible, I gota flash the x300, I may of posted the wrong link but I'm writing this on my iPhone and it's no 3g slow as hell so I don't wana check lol

 

i just glanced at it, so i didnt get the whole gist. but yeah that sounds about right. I was thinking that x300 would do the trick so let us know how it goes.

ok i finally got it to work! making sure the main ecu's flashed w/ the x300 file definetly makes it backwards compatable...i was able to load my basemap from the FIC to my computer so now i finally have the dammmned file.

Crush you think i can send you my map? have you take a look at it i wana try and make some adjustments...u can see what a 400dollar tune from lance is like. this map looks out of wack. lol

If u have a map I'd love to try it out, I think my primary o2 is fail, when I look at the gauge screen on the fic while seconday o2 fluctuates the primary stays put

 

well i started to clean your map up a bit but im affraid its a totale fail....thers just too much to change just to get it to run properly but i did my best and you can try it out...i filled in the o2 map and maf map so idk maybe it will work a little better. ill also send you my map iv been running on for a while...i got it from mr.meaty but iv made a few changes....if you can under setup on the fic program tell me whats in each window, i know it will take some time but it will help to make sure your all set up and ready to go.

i dont have anything hooked up to aux for the aem.

 

oh & these setup options are from after i load ur map (imadork haha) up on the computer not my map

 

yeah sorry about the name, i renamed it in order to keep the original from being over written and i couldn't think of anything to name it....lol

btw if you make any changes to a map but want to keep an original copy i suggest renaming the map you made changes to other wise the fic program will save the changes and over write the map you started with. its not a bad idea to keep a copy in your email, that way you know nothing is going to change it. the reason for this is so if you decide the changes you made aren't all that great you can always start fresh with a new map out of your email. so how did they run?

 

oh btw the setup looks good, i wasnt sure if the setup would carry with the cal or what. so your setup is the same as mine.

 

btw you never answered my question, i know its a dumb one but im still astounded by your map, did your car actually run on the cal you sent me?

 

yeah man it did run, better than b4, but still not good enough, and yeah man that thing drove w/ this garbage tune.
