I'll put up a video as soon as I get it on.

I spoke to phil yesterday and the day before. I won't be ordering it till this friday (payday).
I did get a quote emailed to me today though ^^
Oh that reminds me, I have to find some rc 750cc low impedance injectors asap.
I cant wait for the flat foot shifting. I'm really pumped for that. Only thing that sucks is as soon as I get the harness the motor will prolly come out the following weekend.

^^ did you check yours and see if it looks like this one? I only have the red wire that wasn't connected to anything so I tapped it directly to the battery,he didnt mention to me about the C1 and D1 pins, do you know if those are the wires that goes into the relay?
I used a 15 amp fuse and it hasn't blown so far lol, the 10 amp i used at first didnt last for a minute after I plugged the hydra WB

I posed that same question to someone else, previously, lol.
I think it was phil at element. He said although the Hydra Boost Control does wonders. The only draw back is you can't make changes on the fly like you can on the apexi avcr (I was talking to him about switching my avcr for the hydra boost control).
So to answer you're question. An aftermarket ebc will suffice.
I know for the apexi you can use several different solenoids, hopefully that holds true for the hydra as well, lol.

^^ yeah thats the downside, you cant change boost settings without the laptop but hopefully you can with a switch.. but if wonder it can still use my truboost for the 2 lower setting and if i turn off the boost control the hydra boost control kicks for my high boost,
anyweiz, have you installed the 2 step and flat shifting?

i'm still having issues with my boost controller.
I thnk it might have to do witht he wiring.
I tested out the solenoid by testing it with the car battery directly.
It clicks and all. But then when its installed, it doesn't maintain boost.
Without the solenoid installed, the wastegate is holding boost properly to 7psi.
so i'm not sure whats wrong >.<

the 2step harness install was alittle confusing but not too bad.
works like a charm tho. the flat shifting is where its at!
i didnt install my apexi or i'd help u out. dans guys did that. ask dan cause he's an expert on the apexi.

I'm running out of options. I bought a used apexi solenoid (supposedly in working condition), I installed that one. The same thing happened. So I tested that one out w/ the battery too, and its clicking too.
So i'm guessing it might be some wiring somewhere. To be more exact a ground of some sort. Because the positive wiring to the solenoid is seeing juice =P
So tracing back the grounded wire, is gonna be a definite PITA. All I need is this worked out, so I can finally go get a 12psi baseline run >.<
