Default Drivers seat looks broken?

i got to lookin at my drivers seat for no apparent reason the other day and noticed that there is a good size gap between the seatback and the seat. Also noticed it sits lower than the passenger, but that may be because of the adjustment capabilities. Was wondering if neone else had a gap in their seat like mine?

yes there was someone about a year ago that had the gap increasing where the seatback meets the seat cushion on the driver's seat. it got so bad it finally broke in half. dealer replaced the seat, it was defective. has happened a couple times now with different tC's.

sounds like yours has the same seperation.. dealer needs to replace the seat. take it in, show them, they should get you a new seat.

You sure you should wait? I mean if the seat decides to break while you're driving I imagine that bad things could happen.
