So I got my car back after it was in a wreck. Today it started raining so I had to use the wipers. Then I noticed the problem. They only have one speed no matter which setting I put them on. Also if I manually press down and up on the lever to wipe intermittently, the wipers do not go back to the proper resting spot (same with "mist" option). They stop wherever the lever is let up at. I haven't had a chance to look at anything yet, as I just found out about this today, but any suggestions on where to start?

take the stalk off the steering column and try to see if anything looks broken or out of place. I would pretty much rule out wiring since some functions of it work. Something inside the stalk may have broken during the accident.

^ you could just take off the OEM lip and line up the new one to where it'll fit and see if the holes are showing.

Hm. I'll check the steering column, but I don't think there was any damage done to the steering column area as I was hit in the front left fender/bumper/wheel area.

Alright guys, i need some help. My foglights are having issues that puzzle me. I bought a set of the JDM fogs off ebay last July. They didnt come with any instructions on how to wire them so i looked online for directions and actually found a thread on here that explains it. So i wired them up and everything was fine. They last about 4 months when we turned them off. (We were screwing with somebody at night time and they knew mine had fogs) well they nevet cameback on. Turned outthe relay had blew so we got Advanced Auto to match a relay up and now they last about a month before they go bad. Ive repkaced about 3 or 4 so far until the last time it blew about 2 months. And havent replaced them anymore. The only thing i did different wad ground yhem to the battery cuz i couldnt get a ground on the frame, but i dont aee why that should make any difference. Any clue wth is going on with them?

If the car was repaired at a shop, I would just bring it back there and make them fix it. If it wasnt an issue before the wreck, it was obviously caused by the wreck and shouldve been taken care of by whoever fixed the car.

Yup its just the relays going bad. Not even blowing the fuse first

Are you using the same fuse it came with? Maybe the fuse is too big?

Hey guys! Unfortunately i might ave to sell my tc. :/ I was wondering if selling with my mods or selling after returning to stock will be more beneficial? Or does it all depend on the market of ppl looking to buy?

If you're selling private party then it could be benificial to someone who knows what parts are on the car and the cost of them. Now if you were going to a dealer and looking for a trade in or to sell to them they might drop the value of the car down. But all in all it depends on the people looking to buy.

No. You never get what you paid back from mods, whether someone knows what they are/appreciates them or not. And alot of people dont like buying modded cars, you never know how the parts were installed or how the car was treated.

If you still have all the stock parts, put them back on, sell your aftermarket parts separately, then sell the car stock. Youll prob end up getting more money that way and be able to unload the car faster.

Coilover Question:

The coilovers in the rear do not sit leveled. The drivers side is tucking tire nicely and have several threads left. But the rear passenger side is almost all the way down with one - two threads left and still have a one finger gap.

I double checked to make sure the coils were installed properly.
I'm on BC coils

I need help guys and yes I searched around trying to find a answer coudent really find it. So my problem is I got a vibration while accelerating over 20 mph but while coasting it rides fine. I tried geting advice from a mechanic to diagnose but he was too scared to work on a lowered car lol. Anyways my first guess was the cv axle since mine is torn and guts spilled everywhere but when I asked and searched around ppl said it can't make vibration going straight but I still think it is.

Things I've eliminated are wheel balance and wheel bearings since I got my wheels balanced and my bearings have like no play at all on them.

So I was wondering just changing my axle or could it be another suspension related problem I know my axle will need to be replaced but I wanna make sure I get rid of this vibration Thank you guys

i'm not an expert on this but my guess would be the axle as it would throw off your suspension and how it rides IMO. another thing to check (sounds dumb but seen happen twice this year) check to make sure your lugs are on tight and have no broken wheel studs (had a buddy w/ same issue and ended up snapping 2
