Getting mine on friday, 4300k 35w with a relay harness (for prevention)
I'll post some pics hopefully after the weekend installed so you can compare 4300, 5000 & 6000. Im expecting 1h of install, maybe 2 if i'm having trouble fitting, but it's not hard:

Just swapping the bulbs and making the connections takes all of 2 minutes per side.
The time consumer for me was debating about placement for ballasts. Driver side was easy because mounting it to the side of the battery holder was both easy and ideal.
The passenger side ballast was a different story, and the debate for placement was longer.
I'd say all together if you know where you are going to place the ballasts, you're looking at a less than 30 minute job. This is provided you don't decide to mount your ballasts in some complex area that requires the removal of hardware/body parts.

I have brackets! The passenger side i attached to some bolt. You can kinda see it in the picture and the driver side i attached to the ground bolt from the battery. At first the car died and I thought a fuse had blown but figured I had the bracket on the wrong side of the ground. Fixed it and everything worked great!
are you sure? last thing i want is a problem with the electrical system on a brand new car. I got the harness, should I still install it?
I'd rather do so but if it's ABSOLUTELY unnecessary, then that will save me time and trouble with the install

I wouldn't go as far as calling it ABSOLUTELY unnecessary. There is absolutely nothing wrong with doing whatever helps put your mind at ease. I haven't had a single problem with mine without the harness. I can even start the car while the headlights are on with no problem...the ballast will just flick them off quickly if the voltage drops too low during cranking, but they always immediately flick back on after a split second. Very stable.
