lmao well yea. whats the point of all of these great mods if by the time i am done I have spent another 10,000+ when i could have just bought an Evo or STI brand new.

I guess these are for the diehard tC fans who want to kill those performance cars with a FWD that looks dope.

Back to reality for a second:

This is a Lexus CT 200 headlight - it looks a lot like our headlights. heck the whole front end looks very similar to our cars.

What caught my eye was those LEDs at the bottom of the headlight - that long strip at the very bottom. I am sure there is a way to replicate this on a tC. I have seen people try to do this and it comes out like this:
https://www.scionlife.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=223155

pretty darn close, but i assume the headlight has to be taken apart by baking and i'll have a mess on my hands if i attempt this.

I also planned on replacing the head lamps and high beams with ~5000K HIDs.
And as a unique thing I was thinking about bulding in red halos/LEDs around our main headlamp, not a whole ring but with breaks in the middle like this:

I will likely skip on the red halo idea because it would look bad on a stock body w/o a wide body kit and turbo backing me up

Just use the existing gasket you're using for your stock axle back. That's what I did. As long as it's not damaged you'll be fine.

ok I'll try. you don't think the existing one on there is melted onto the pipes right? if it is then i'd be in trouble. i'd have to clean two sides then.
