I ended up replacing mine, its a toyota p/n. Ill see if I can find it again. I know if you look on trdsparks, the instructions for installing the TRD exhaust, they have a p/n for the gasket but it has been superseded buy a new one. It cost something like 4 bucks after tax so its not gonna break the bank lol

EDIT: Heres the original part number.. Exhaust Gasket Part No: 90917-06045

Nice...good deal! I definitely need to get under my car one of these days and clean mine. It used to be so shiny, now it's very dull.

Got my Exhaust in the mail already, and started to clean it up. it looks like it is in phenomenal shape for being used and is starting to look like new the more i clean off the road grime spots.

There was some silicone sealant around the flange...is that necessary to avoid exhaust leaks, or will my gasket be enough? I cleaned off the old sealant and gasket residues off the Flange.

Just waiting on my gasket now. I need to read up as much as i can about the install. seems easy - two bolts, a gasket and the rubber hangers, but if I can't remove the exhaust from the hangers or put it back in, then I'm in trouble. Will try WD-40 for the hangers to help loosen it up.

am i going to need new hangers or can i just reuse the stock ones?

You can re-use the stock ones. I found spraying wd40 on them helps. I pulled the hangers off the car first then off the stock axel back.

Make sure you get some wd40 on the two bolts, mine were pretty seized up. Especially the bottom one! Also the two nuts were spot welded to the oem axel back and do not need to be used on the trd exhaust since it has it's own. You might be able to see them in the picture

It took me about 25 min to install

I would suggest to use this instead of WD-40. Better.

I never use WD-40 except for home door hinges. It's water based.
Just my 2c.

WD-40 is supposed to drive out water and protect against rust? at least that's what i read on it.

Found the two TRD exhaust nuts - they are welded onto the exhaust just like stock. i didn't notice them before so i thought i had to get some but i finished cleaning the exhaust today and they were there

gonna wait for the gasket now. not shipped yet because of holidays most likely.

that sounds great, thanks for the vids. is that just with the TRD exhaust on manual trans, and nothing else? or was it also with the TRD intake? does that affect the noise?

No problem man. Yeah that has the trd intake as we'll. not sure how much that changes the sound though. I'm guessing very little. Seems that my iPhone picks up rasp that my friend said wasn't there

ok cool

Well screw the gasket, if I get a warm day here, I'll just install w/o a new gasket and will try to salvage and re-use the old one. if i don't get a warm day, then I'll have a lot of time to locate the gasket before Spring...

If you go to your local Toyota dealership, they should be able to get you one. They didn't have any in stock, but they got me one with in 48 hours.
