iPod Jack to USB..

iPod Jack to USB..
Maybe someone can help me my 2009 xB has iPod jack that seems to be useless without a wire and an adapter for Lighting cable.
Looking to replace the jack with USB port and hope it connect to my 000080.
I found on eBay the jack but before I buy does it work or is it just a waste and I should buy a new radio?

What was the description of the adapter you found?
There is another product called "CRUX BTS-TY2 Bluetooth Music Streaming for Select Scion" that plugs directly into the back of the stereo, not using the iPod adapter. (It uses the CD-changer 12-pin jack.) Not cheap at $75, but might fir your bill.
