I would be in also, but only if it passes emissions. I thought I read somewhere that it may, may not.

It will pass emissions. Theres no chance of throwing a code with this and you arent removing any cats.

"We hope to have all parts in production and even make the intake manifold emissions legal if sufficient interest exists."

Theres the quote from the other thread about the manifold. Does it mean that the intake just needs some kind of certification to be legal, but will pass emissions testing whether it is technically legal or not?

no.... They don't have the designs for it, nor the metallurgy capabilities in most cases. The thing about an intake manifold is achieving the correct harmonics. If the manifold doesn't vibrate in sync with the airflow and the engine itself, there will be no power gain but instead a power loss. When it comes to trying to change certain aspects of the engine it is much more than just build this a put it on. That may work with some things, but definitely not with an intake manifold.

Richard Holder left Dynatek a few months ago. They also left the Yaris guys hanging... and their manifold project was more advanced...

So... this won't happen. At least not from Dynatek or Richard H.
