Which motor oil do you use?
State the year and oil you use.
I drive an '07 and recently switched to Pennzoil Platinum 0W/5W-20 after using Mobil 1 for so many years. I stopped using M1 due to lifter/vavlve noise. Car seems to run fine with some oil consumption but I did notice a small increase in mpg when switching to 0W-20. Right now I have Valvoline Synpower Full Synthetic with Maxlife in 0W-20 to hopefully stop the oil consumption. I discovered my valve cover is leaking a bit I think since there is oil residue on the backside.
