You can get a case for the iPod for about $15-20.
Yeah I know, I have one for mine....

The only thing about it is that you're payin $260 I think you'd get more...

I'll let ya know when I fabricate something....or atleast get a drawing complete...

that is not true... only the iPod up grade. the stock HU is still only amber in color.

any chance you could get a pic of an IIP next to the nautical blue...? or maybe just an IIP with the same camera outside for comparison...? i know we're asking a bit much now but that would rock!

Edit: Just read that you're gonna do that today... SWEET

Yea, I noticed that after I took the pic, the gap is also on blank panel on the right side of the steering wheel, so at least its symetrical. lol
I'm confused... are you saying the gap is bigger than usual or what? Because the gaps are definitely necessary if you want your airbags to deploy without breaking the wheel... It's the same on Any steering wheel.

has anybody else noticed from the pics that the 06 HU cd player can also play WMA discs.. that means u can put more songs..but never really figured if wma is better quality than mp3. I dont think so.

I'm pretty sure MP3 is the best quality you can get, as long as you rip it correctly.

It looks like it does from one of the pics, but I want to ask to be sure- is the NB either metallic or pearl? It looks like I can see some metallic flake in one of those pics- I hope so, because I want blue but not a flat color! If its flat, i'd probably go with FM or BSP instead...

wma = great quality also, they are both very simliar, but mp3 is just popular. but n e way

i was at the dealers yesturday "Newarkscionworld.com" i think is their website, but i compared the color mats IIP and nautical blue. I like IIP because it's lighter. Nautical blue is just darker which is still cool

and the classic silver is just a bit lighter(not really noticiable) than the older one

i'll place my order very soon once my dad gives me the OK

but Tim from Newark Scion World is a great guy to work with. DO NOT GO TO PRICESCION, they are horrible

i test drove the rs tC they had for test driving. pretty cool, and we also talked about sponsoring my car so we'll see wassup
